Serenity Deck
There are quite a few locations on Serenity that make a great spot for photos. Walk around and see what works best for you!
Terraza
The Terraza is often open in the evenings even if you are not a Terraza guest and it is easy enough to sneak back there are get some photos off the back of the ship.
The atrium stairs

Honestly, it’s a little bright and shiny in the atrium on the Venezia to make a great photo, but they are still fun and absolutely a classic. Besides, you need a photo with the winged lion!
Along the Promenade Deck on Deck 5
There are tons of great spots for photos along the outside of deck 5. Walk around, enjoy being close to the water, and be patient and you can find some really fun spots to take formal night photos.

The Lido deck of the Carnival Venezia is meant to look like an Italian square. There are tons of fun spots to take formal night photos. Have someone with you to take the photos? Try some from across the lido deck for an Italian flair!
With a view of the sunset
No list of where to take formal night photos can be complete without mentioning that you need them with the ocean and a sunset in the background. These views may be the same from ship to ship, but they are consistently a beautiful backdrop to a fun night!
